Summer Camps in Ashburn

March 12, 2014

We may still be in the throes of winter, but now is the time to think about summer camps and plans for the kids this summer. Yes, summer will come, I promise! Here are some great options around Ashburn for summer camps.

Camp Primrose

From our friends at Primrose Schools of Ashburn. (Photo above is from their trip to the National Aquarium in Baltimore last summer.)

Each week at Camp Primrose is jam packed with fun, including educational field trips and lots of playtime at the brand new splash pad waterpark! Your 5-10 year olds will build summer memories for life. All trips, meals and fun included in the $300.00 per week fee. For more information and to register, call 703-724-9050

Camp Nova Capoeira

From our friends at Nova Capoeira.

Nova Capoeira summer camp provides an educational, energetic, and FUN experience for kids ages 5-12. Campers will participate in an hour-long instructional class every day with Contra Mestre Borracha. Campers will also dance samba, learn to play traditional capoeira instruments, participate in a Portuguese song class, and improve their acrobatic skills!  They will also learn Maculele, a traditional Afro-Brazilian “stick” dance. After a fun, hard day of training there will be a special treat at the end of the day. Have your kids join us for something different this summer! Half days start at $175.00 per week, full day for $300.00 per week. For more information and to register, visit their website.
